The downtown Tampa Fly Bar & Restaurant menu features tapas style smaller portions that allow you and your dining partners to feast on more than one plate at a meal and experience many different tastes. The small plates make Fly Bar perfect if you want to have a little bite by yourself, or share with friends.
The menu has an incredible variety. Here are a few of our favorites, Berkshire Pork Tenderloin with fennel purèe, marinated artichokes and chermoula, Togarashi Seared Red Grouper with baby bok choi, mushrooms and ponzu butter sauce, Roasted Fennel Yellowtail Snapper made with eggplant, local honey candied fennel and parmesan broth or Pan Roasted Airline Chicken with sundried tomato, spinach goat cheese au gratin and mushroom.
The desserts are also served tapas style and we reccommend the Flourless Chocolate Cake with ganache and homemade vanilla ice cream or Key Lime Custard with fresh seasonal berries and mint.
