Groovin’ Garden Yoga
Mondays 6:30 to 7:45 pm
Get ready to water the garden with your sweat. This is a faster-paced class than our Wednesday afternoon classes, designed for 9-5ers who want to get out of the office chair and outside onto the mat. Revitalize your muscular and cardiovascular system after work and feel refreshed and ready for whatever the night will bring. Vinyasa and flow your way to enlightenment with Terra-Nova (RYT). Terra-Nova trained at the South Beach Green Monkey yoga studio where she studied a wide variety of yoga forms and philosophies from Ashtanga and Vinyasa, to Iyengar and Kundalini. Mats are available on a first-come first serve basis. Suggested donation of $10 for Garden members, $15 non-members. All donations support the Garden.
Tai Chi with Arthur Rosenfeld
7:30 to 9:30 pm
Join Arthur Rosenfeld in this Chen style tai chi class every Monday night. Arthur was the first Westerner to be ordained a Taoist monk at the Chun Yang Taoist Temple in Guangzhou, China in 2012. He also writes for The Huffington Post and hosts the national public television show, Longevity Tai Chi with Arthur Rosenfeld. This authentic, traditional and original class will reduce stress, increase flexibility, strengthen your core, tone your body, quiet the mind, and much more. $25/class.
Rejuvenating Hatha Yoga

These lunchtime yoga sessions encompass a blend of strengthening, stretching and relaxation. Instructor Terra-Nova (RYT) brings a different theme to class each week that prepares you mentally for the rest of your day, and the rest of your life. Terra-Nova trained at the South Beach Green Monkey yoga studio where she studied a wide variety of yoga forms and philosophies from Ashtanga and Vinyasa, to Iyengar and Kundalini. Students of all experience and levels are invited to pursue a higher state of consciousness and refresh the mind and body. Mats are available on a first-come first serve basis. Suggested donation of $5 for Garden members, $10 non-members. All donations support the Garden.
