Anyone that goes to the Shops
at Wilton Manors regularly knows that there is a great pizza place inbetween
Georgie's Alibi and Boom, Humpy’s
Pizza.
Whether it’s just to get a quick slice, sub, or salad the boys at Humpy’s will
make sure you get what you want. And Humpy’s Pizza
Now Delivers!
On hand
are about five pies to choose from, usually a Margherita (cheese), a chicken,
vegetarian, and about two Pies of the Day. There is also a delicious White Pizza
made with mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan and fresh herbs. Humpy's offers
several pizzas that are labeled "Healthy and Hearty". Try the Rosemary chicken
with mixed greens and mozzarella on a honey wheat crust. My recommendation, if you have a couple of people and can agree on a
topping or two, get a fresh made pie, it’s well worth it.
Humpy's menu isn't simply all about Pizza.
They also make Panini, pizza rollups and calzones. My favorite Panini
would be the Serrano Ham with provolone cheese, caramelized onion and
sundried tomato.
There are salads like
the Caprese made with tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella and extra virgin
olive oils with a balsamic drizzle for you to think about next time
you’re in. |
