For starters we really enjoy the stone crab claws served with a honey mustard sauce that is divine. Other favorites include warm artichoke-spinach-roasted red pepper-jalapeno cheese dip with toast points and the Caprese salad with Buffalo Mozzarella. On the weekends enjoy Benedicts served on croissants or English muffins with the best homemade hollandaise in Key West. The restaurant also features Norwegian smoked salmon, fresh veggies, pink shrimp and Key West lobster. Although we have never tried it Camille's claims the local's favorite is a fresh yellowtail snapper in macadamia nut crust with diced tomatoes, caramelized Vidalia onions, coconut milk and ginger with Key Lime chardonnay sauce.
