The structure was completely renovated in 1990 and received a number of awards. The former Otto residence is located in the center of the Key West Historical District known as Old Town, just 1/2 block from Duval Street. The luxurious Bed and Breakfast includes several suites and cabanas. Suites are fully equipped with kitchens. The poolside Spanish style cabanas have private entrances, deluxe king-sized beds, wet bars and, Jacuzzi bathtub. The pool, and spa are secluded in a lush tropical garden and clothing optional.
