What a fun
movie, taking typical fantasy fairytales and putting a fresh
spin on them. What if there we’re one person in charge of
making sure that the daily lives of these characters stayed
balanced between good and evil, and kept it happily
Ever After. Well this story goes into intimate detail about
what would happen if that responsibility fell into the wrong
hands. The evil step mother is played by
Sigourney Weaver
and with her in charge there will be no more happy
Endings. |

You don't need any kids to
enjoy this film; it caterers more to the adult crowd that
will understand the rude and crude humor. Paul
J. Bolger's debut
film is barking up the same tree as a
Shrek.
The animation had a
Tim Burton feel and
the humor was definitely very mature. For example I loved
it when the 'Fairy God Mother' Kept Calling Cinderella weird
names like Salmonella. What child would get that? |

This journey is filled with
incredible voices. I especially Loved the voice of Mambo (a
little helper to the sorcerer) played by
Andy Dick of course he
was most hilarious. Cinderella was played by
Sarah Michelle Gellar,
and the boy telling the story was a Dish washer named Rick
played by
Freddie Prinze Jr. who
was in love with Ella (Cinderella) and had a different Idea
of what his Happily ever after would be. |

Go see this movie and let
your imagination take a journey along with the characters,
and see what happens when the ride is over. You will enjoy
it. |
