Do not bother
going to see this film in the theatre. In fact I'm not even
going to suggest you to rent it. This movie was horrible.
The sound was bad. The lighting was really horrible and
the cinematography was a disaster. In fact someone should
tell them that dark and blurry does not equal scary. |
|
I went with a few friends and
my entire group wanted to leave the movie in the first 30
minutes, but I promised it would get better and it didn't.
Needless to say we all left the theatre really irritated.

Was this supposed to be a
scary movie? Or was it supposed to be a slow moving
heartfelt character driven drama that had some creepy
elements as they discover their unavoidable
destiny? Honestly there were a few startles at best, where
a door slams loud and you jump, but no scary moments. |
|
If it was billed as a mystery
it would have been so much better. Enticing the crowd to
come find out why this little girl named Joanna (Sarah
Michelle Gellar) hurts herself and why she has
unexplained memories. If it was formulated in a way that
the audience could get caught up in trying to figure the
puzzle out then it might have been compelling, however even
in this version the audience knew what was going on and why
she was messed up before it was even Explained. |

Basically, this film is not a
horror film as the trailer promises, in fact its a bad
attempt at slow moving drama with an element of suspense.
It was really bad. The only saving grace and Im trying to
be nice -- is that in the last 5 minutes of the movie there
is a touching Love story, that stands the test of time.
Dont waist your time or money. |
