Go see it ****(Four Stars) |
|
|
Prepare for a burst of imagination when you go see this
movie, and further reflection of this film will only make
you love it that much more.
M. Night Shyamalan is
one of the most imaginative directors I have ever seen, his
movies (The
Sixth Sense ,
Unbreakable,
The Village) are
always original and full of hope. |
|
In this Tale,
M. Night tells us a
bedtime story, its a story created for children, and adults
alike. Allowing them to tap into their un chartered
minds. in doing so
M. Night treats us
like children. Characters speak their inner thoughts, and
everyone has a fun name, and while the characters are
interesting and comic book like they are all intricate and
important to the story. There is still the important Night
message: Purpose. We all have one. We all are meant to be
somebody. Now, all we have to do is figure that out and
realizing that everyone has an untapped mission in their
life. This story helps them discover their true calling.
Its also about an entire apartment complex pulling together
and helping each other achieve a goal that most of them
would not even believe in. This Movie is about team work. |
|
This movie will cause for much reflection,
its a simple story with intricate and detailed character
development. Story (Bryce
Dallas Howard) comes from the water, and the
apartment superintendent Cleveland Heep (Paul
Giamatti) finds her and tries to help her. she
wont leave and is afraid of these monsters that people
cannot see. This is when everyone gets together to help
solve the problem. |
|
The best part of his stories is that he always calls a child
to rise up to a challenge and in this story it was the
interpreter Joey Dury (Noah
Gray-Cabey). He focuses on the strength of
children. I also love what He had done to the know it all
cynic character in the story, and how he got rid of him it
was priceless. |
|
You will love this story, like I said its deep, its
emotional and it through, and it will cause you to think and
discover. Go see this bedtime story you wont be
disappointed.
