are historical landmarks having belonged to sea captains from the

During the summer, Prince Albert Guest House is privy to entertainers
and performers whom provide first hand previews to their shows right in
front of the Prince Albert Guest House and along Commercial Street each
afternoon. Guests enjoy relaxing in the courtyard, the best location in
P-Town to let the world pass by, people watch, and to enjoy the harbor
views.
Centrally located in the fashionable West End across from the Boat slip
at the corner of Commercial and Central Streets, Prince Albert Guest
House has walking access to great restaurants, art galleries and
nightlife and is also in walking distance to the beach, or a quick bike
ride to Provincetown's coastline and the Cape Cod National Seashore,
which offers some of the best beaches in the country.
Former Sea Captain's homes from the 19th century, both of these Inns
have welcomed visitors for over 130 years, and earned the title of
Provincetown's Crown Jewels. Previously known as Atlantic Shores, Four
Bays Inn, Casablanca, the Captain and His Ship, Officers Quarters, and
The Captains Inn ...2008 began a new era in which the two properties
located at 164 and 166 Commercial Street merged into one entity now know
as the Prince Albert Guest House.
Offering
17 guest rooms with private baths, many offering oversized bay windows,
water views, suites, private patios/decks, flat panel HDTV and views
onto Commercial Street or of the Pilgrim Monument. Beautifully
landscaped gardens are found amidst the sunning patios along the front
of the inn, as well as private patios in the rear where we have a large
hot tub*. Updated amenities include flat panel (LCD) TV, DVD players, i-Pod
connection is available, air conditioning*, ceiling fans, mini-fridges
and private baths! We have wireless secured (WiFi) internet access for
both houses and two courtesy computer work stations. *hot tub is open
May 1st through Nov 1st and a/c is available during summer June through
Sept.
Provincetown has everything needed for whatever your taste and mood is
at any given moment. Lie in the sun on awesome beaches... bike or hike
along exquisite nature trails... shop 'til you drop at lively
boutiques... original artists and their works abound... catch a live
play, enjoy a cabaret or drag show, or a movie with popcorn... Gay and
