With ever changing regional blackboard specials and a full raw bar to
accompany their signature modern American steakhouse menu, BLT Steak
integrates the traditional elements found in a French bistro with an
American steakhouse and combines its signature rich warmth and texture with
the sophistication and style found in Atlanta.
BLT Steak offers a variety of cuts of USDA Prime, Certified Black Angus and
American Wagyu beef, each naturally aged for maximum tenderness and flavor
and served with herb butter in a cast-iron pan. In addition to seasonal
blackboard specials, the menu also offers fresh fish including Sautéed Dover
Sole and Tuna Tartare with avocado and soy-lime dressing. The menu likewise
includes a number of salads and the Lobster Cobb comes highly recommended
and is quite frankly, 'to die for'. Must-have desserts
such as Crêpe Soufflé with Passion Fruit Sauce and Peanut Butter Chocolate
Mousse with Banana Ice Cream provide the perfect finish.
