Luis
Llenza is a classically trained artist and landscape
designer who has been creating his trademark "Pockets of
Paradise" throughout South Florida and Puerto Rico for more
than 20 years. His artistic inspiration and expertise in
botanicals transform ordinary yards into dynamic outdoor
rooms filled with lush tropical greenery and colorful native
perennials. He combines trees, plants, water features,
pathways and garden structures in landscape designs custom
tailored to specific spaces.
Art
meets nature when Luis uses colors and textures to fashion
his innovative gardens. Among his favorite projects are
South Florida mid-century houses, where he designs modern
gardens that maintain and enhance the integrity of original
architecture. He offers a diversity of styles ranging from
formal and traditional to casual and cutting-edge
contemporary. His portfolio also includes oriental,
monochromatic and butterfly gardens.
Several
of Luis’ projects have been featured in local and national
newspapers in Florida and Puerto Rico, and numerous
magazines, including the prestigious Architectural Digest
and Garden Design. He made his national television
debut in a 2008 episode of Landscaper's Challenge on
