Geoffrey
D. Pelosi was born and raised in northern New Jersey where he
lived until attending Western New England College in
Springfield, Massachusetts. Geoffrey received his Bachelor's
Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public
Administration. Geoffrey graduated magna cum laude in 2005 with
the additional recognition of high honors by Pi Sigma Alpha -
the National Political Science Honor Society.
It was at
this time that Geoffrey moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and
began his studies at Nova Southeastern University - Shepard
Broad Law Center. Geoffrey clerked with a distinguished criminal
defense firm in Fort Lauderdale throughout law school, learning
the basics of criminal research and procedure. Geoffrey
graduated in 2008 and immediately began a clerkship with another
criminal defense firm in Fort Lauderdale where he attained the
skills and experience necessary to properly defend the accused.
In 2010, Geoffrey joined the Law Offices of John D. Mooney,
P.A. which specializes in personal injury, worker's compensation
and real estate matters. With Geoffrey as the second attorney in
the firm, John D. Mooney, P.A. has been pleased to be able to
represent and defend those arrested and charged with crimes in
the state of Florida, as well as continue their civil litigation
department.
