Chris Mancini was born and raised in Rochester, N.Y. Upon
graduation from Marquette Law School in 1979, where he
obtained his law degree, he served two years as a Wisconsin
State Public Defender and then arrived in 1980 in Miami on
assignment to the U.S. Attorneys Office. By 1986, he held
the post of Deputy Chief of the Major Crimes Division, U.S.
Attorney for the S. District of Florida. Since leaving the
U.S. Dept. of Justice, he has continued to practice criminal
and civil law and has written one book, a screen play and is
a legal columnist for a state wide magazine. He has also
taught and lectured extensively on state and federal law and
the history of crime in S. Florida.
He has 30 Years of
extensive Federal and State
trial & grand jury practice in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm
Beach, Orlando & other courts across the the nation. Have
also represented and consul clients outside the United
States in European, Asian, African, Caribbean, South and
Central American countries.
After thirty years of trial experience, his most famous
cases include the Miami River Cops and the Yahweh
Racketeering trial.
