The original Pinche Taqueria was founded in 1973 on a little
side street south of the border in Tijuana, Mexico. Pinche has
become one of the busiest taquerias in all of Mexico and is
adored by both locals and travelers alike. After opening two
locations in
New York City's Nolita and SoHo areas,
Pinche now comes to South Florida with their first location in
WilMa.
Pinche is the kind of place where friends meet and unwind over
authentic tacos, tequilas and ice cold beer. Pinche Taqueria
uses only the freshest products and ingredients including
organic produce, spices, meats, line-caught fish and ocean
caught shrimp. Salsas and sauces are made on premise from
scratch. Pinche does not use canned or frozen foods. There are
no microwave ovens in Pinche Taqueria's kitchen. The tacos are
prepared on a mesquite grill.
