Why Hire Kirb Appeal? Before you hire your Home Inspector make sure they're certified by qualified organizations. I am certified by NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). I've also completed electrical, roofing and Code of Ethics courses required by NACHI. To be a member of NACHI, inspectors must also complete 18 hours of continuing education every year. This allows us to keep our education top notch and up to date which helps our customers select the right home for them. I am also certified by HIF Certified (Housing Inspection Foundation) and a subcontractor for FEMA Disaster Housing Inspections. I've completed Gold Coast School of Home Inspections. I'm locally owned and operated and have been a South Florida Resident since 1996. I provide computerized easy to read reports with digital pictures of areas of concern. I use high quality diagnostic tools and meters.
