Built in the early 1900's, Alexander's Guesthouse in
Key West
Florida was lovingly restored and opened as a resort in 1981.
The owners took great care to insure that the unique
characteristics of the original structures were maintained while
integrating all the modern conveniences that a savvy traveler
expects. Many rooms have private verandas or decks. Every
morning there's a Continental breakfast and in the evening
cocktails are served poolside.
The
grounds are secluded with sun decks on three levels. The lush
tropical pool is accented with hibiscus and bougainvillea.
