Snooze Denver RestaurantSnooze An A.M. Eatery is an absolutely delightful way to start the day. And There are two locations in Denver.

I chose to visit the location in the Five Points area near Coors Field. Some have said that this futuristicretro themed eatery is a fusion between the Jetsons, Happy Days, and Flintstones. Upon entering, the friendly attitude of the host really drew me in. The coffee was delicious and the full bar has everything from mimosas and margaritas to lattes and teas.

When I ordered the Snooze Breakfast Burrito, I Red Velvet Pancakeshad no idea what I was in for! This culinary mammoth is filled to the max with scrambled eggs, hash browns, house black beans, cheddar & jack cheese, topped with salsa fresca and smothered in green chili. I ordered sausage in it, but it doesn’t come standard. Another entrée worth raving about is the Red Velvet Pancakes. It was covered with cream cheese frosting, praline syrup, and chopped pecans. It literally melts in your mouth. Whether you are getting up early before work in the city, or rolling out of bed after a lazy sleep-in, stop by this eatery for a great start to the day.
