your evening off with Classic Chinese Spring Rolls or Wang's Korean
Spare Ribs, bite size pork ribs brazed in a BBQ soy sauce and served on
wang's tangy Korean Cole slaw.
The entrees run the gamut of Asian cuisine, but of special interest are
the Kung Pao Chicken Stir-Fry with roasted peanuts, sweet peppers, dried
chilies and caramelized soy sauce, the Hunan Beef, Sliced Angus beef
with mushrooms, baby corn & broccoli, in a spicy oyster soy sauce or the
yushuan Pork made with with wood ear mushrooms, water chestnuts, and
snow peas in a sweet and spicy garlic, ginger sauce. Seafood includes
Walnut Shrimp that is battered, quick fried and tossed in a creamy
mayonnaise honey mustard sauce with candied walnuts.
For desert try the Banana Wontons, banana and candied walnut filled
wontons that are topped with a toasted coconut cream sauce.
