Duck Rolls and Mango Shrimp. There are also a wide variety of salads. Our favorite is the Papaya Salad with beef jerky, glazed shrimp, carrots and strips of papaya, but you will also find a garden salad, Snow White Chicken Salad, Sweet Mango and the Viet Lotus made with  young
pickled lotus, poached shrimp and julienne chicken.For those of you not looking for a roll or a salad, Xyclo also offers, soups, vermicelli noodle bowls, rice platters, vegetarian and Xyclo’s specialty dishes like the Shake N' Beef, made with tender dice cube steak seared over a hot grilled, sauteed onion, red/green bell peppers, and pineapple chunks.
