Reasonably priced home-style gourmet cooking. The place is pretty laid back and casual. Sit at the bar or a table (inside or out) and watch the staff at work. Kick back and lounge on a sofa with dessert and coffee. I had the raspberry chocolate mousse cake and found it divine. There were just enough raspberries to complement and not overwhelm the dark chocolate.
Ice Box is located about a half block north of the Lincoln Road Mall. They
do a lot of catering and even make Wedding Cakes (just in
case). Call ahead and carry-out, it beats the room service in most hotels.
If you're looking for a great food and a quiet place where you can actually follow a conversation, look no further.
