One Night with Erik Rhodes

Saturday night, August 12^th was the night that I met one of gay porn’s current legends—Erik Rhodes.  This man of beef is an impressive six feet four inches with a complete and perfect V on his back, amazing and powerful arms and a smile that would make a nun contemplate leaving Jesus!   

Well, let us just say that Erik is reserved—but not shy by any means, he actually let out a bark in the front part of Score (Miami) that startled yet invigorated me and everyone else around. During my interview with this Manhattan native, fellow stars like Matthew Rush came in for support.  Let me just tell you, it would have been a fantasy of my roommate to be the middle of this amazing Manwich. 

Now for the background:  Erick comes to us via Manhattan, where he still lives, and even though this 24 year old does still live there, he has made porn and the accompanying appearances his livelihood.  What is more amazing than his three tattoos (1) His birthday in barcode on the back of his neck. (2)  On his arm in Old English Survival of the Fittest. And (3) Asian symbol for Warrior.  He also has a twin brother!!! Sorry boys—he’s straight.  Tall, slender, and tattooed for the Gods, you would never suspect that these two were twins.  See, for many years, Erik was slated for professional baseball, as a pitcher—how appropriate, and that is one of the reasons for his size.   

It all started for Erik a couple of years ago when he was stripping out in Long Island at a club called Fantasy, where he was discovered.  This lead to his true homosexual feelings, sadly, leaving his girlfriend of four years for the plethora of hot men and becoming a household name in the homosexual erotica arena.   When asked; If you could shoot with any porn star who would it be? —he answered Trent Resner of Nine Inch Nails.  That would coincide with his music tastes—Heavy Metal…Big surprise!   Well, he liked the old Henry Rollins but feels that he has somehow lost his appeal ever since doing his show, The Henry Rollins Show on IFC [International Film Channel].  When asked whom he would love to work with in the future, he said one and only one name—Francois Sagat.

As far as his own personal bedroom activities, he says that he is not a connoisseur of such things as SMBD or anything like that, but will wear whatever is given to him to make someone else’s fantasy come true.  Don’t be disappointed, he does get into some kinky stuff; let’s just say there was a bet with bag of baby carrots and something about a magic number 33!  As far as his personal life, he definitely believes that opposites attract and that he’s seeing someone right now that is smaller, thinner, with blonde hair and blue eyes but, he admits that he falls hard for cute face and big package will always come in first.   

To maintain his amazing physique, Erik works out religiously at the Gold Gym in Manhattan.  When asked about the fact that he chose a “Straight” gym over a “Gay” one, he said that he at first preferred the anonymity he perceived going to a World Renown fitness facility, but, sadly that dream was squashed when he realized that they all knew him and that it is just as gay as any other gym.

He just finished shooting The Farmers’ Son with Jason Adonis out in North Carolina and he is now known as the Boy That Topped Jason Adonis.  When asked about the performance, Erik said that Jason was a complete professional, was amazing to work with, and will be something he will remember in his career for a very long time.  They hung out and got along great with each other and Erik would like to do another movie with him someday.  One night out in the town of Greensboro, NC at a local bar called Warehouse 29 some of his Erik’s fans that belong to www.muscleservice.com were there.  On their blogs, they went on to say how rude he was, danced only with women and questioned if he was in fact gay, and that he yelled at someone who was taking his picture.  Well, to dispute these allegations, he wanted to go on record to say that he was not rude [I can attest to that], he will dance with most anyone who asks him [male or female] and the person with the camera was someone that he just spent the entire photo shoot with and knew personally and was joking around with.  He apologizes for any misconceptions and actually went to the site to dispel any rumors and invited anyone to Score on Saturday night to meet him.  One such fan, Bobby, was there and had the time of his life.  It was like a Gay Make a Wish come true!  

So guys, let me just tell you that Erik Rhodes is a great guy, talented performer and has an amazing long uncut tool.  Also, for the record, he used to have a MySpace account with well over 10,000 friends, but was deleted.  He has a new account, ErikRhodesxxx and wants to double the friends he used to have so feel free to Request Him as a Friend—I know I just did!
