Below the Belt with COLT Studio Exclusive Gage Weston

Gage Weston has become one of the most talked about men in gay porn and as an exclusive model for COLT Studio; this former Marine knows how to heat up the screen!  For the past couple years, he and his real life partner Luke Garret (Also a COLT Studio Exclusive) have shared their amazing physiques and sexual prowess with the world in their on and off screen performances.  After spending 6 years in the Marines and serving our country proudly in Iraq, Gage returned to the USA, fell in love with Luke Garret, took the gay porn world by storm, found mainstream work as a personal trainer and runs his own website www.GageWeston.com.  With a schedule like this, it is no wonder he prefers to stay home, relax and play with his dog when he is not working.  His latest film for COLT, Naked Muscle will be released later this month and he says it is his “best performance yet.”  The following interview will give you more insight into what makes Gage Weston the man he is today. 

GIO     Gage, thank you for taking the time to do this interview! 

Gage  No problem at all Gio, thanks for wanting to interview me! 

GIO     I understand you grew up in Okalahoma.  What was life like for you as a child?  Do you come from a big family? 

Gage  Yes, I grew up in Norman, OK. I lived there up till the age of 21 and then moved on to join the Marine Corps. Pretty much ALL my family lives there, and since my parents are divorced and their spouses family’s live there also, I have a pretty big family. 

GIO     Were you athletic as a young man? 

Gage  I was always involved in some sort of athletics. I started T-ball when I was a young kid, and loved it. I couldn’t wait to be big enough to play baseball, so I stuck with it until I did. I played baseball for several years, my main position was a pitcher (Big laugh) but I always wanted to try catching, I always thought it was a sexy position. Now I get to do both with COLT! At around 13 I started wrestling, all the men in my family wrestled at some point. So it was kinda a big deal in our family, and was pushed on me a lot.  I had no complaints though! Rollin around with sweaty men in a singlet, WOOF! What’s a better sport then that? I loved it a lot and continued with it all the way through High School.  

GIO     Well you just gave me a visual fantasy, thanks!  (laugh) At what age did you realize you were attracted to men? 

Gage  Damn! I don’t even remember…Probably in my teens, like 12 or 13 years old.  I remember my older brother showing me some straight porn; I just kept watching all the guys in the movies!! 

GIO     You spent 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. What made you decide to join the services and how difficult was it for you to be gay and in the military for so long? 

Gage  Yes 6 years, and no regrets!  My father was in the ARMY back in Vietnam, and I have a brother who is actually still in the Marines.  They had a big influence on me joining. I had always wanted to join the military, and I knew if I did, it would be the best.  I wanted to be a Marine and my brother kinda helped me through the decision.  The majority of the time I was in, I would say I was more BI, I had always had girlfriends. But I had my fun with guys on the side. It wasn’t really hard for me until about the last 6 months, when I met Luke and started my relationship with him. That’s when it got hard.  

GIO     It is refreshing to hear you are proud of your service as a Marine.  You served in Iraq, what was that experience like for you? 

Gage  I think it was a great experience for me, personally! It really makes you appreciate what you have in life. It’s what you make of it! Yeah, there were some bad and very scary times. But I actually have a lot of great memories from my time there.  And it does make a huge difference having great friends there, by your side! But the whole situation should have never happened! Too many have been lost. 

GIO     Agreed!  But, do not get me started on my feelings on this war; we will save that for another time.  After the military, you previously stated that you are now “happy to be out and free to be the true me, and live my life how I want to.”  How did you go about adjusting to civilian gay life, after suppressing your true self for so long? 

Gage  Oh man! I think I came out and jumped in with both feet…Being new to the whole gay life style, and in my first gay relationship. I adapted pretty fast, especially once COLT got a hold of me.  Luke Garrett, my real life partner, has been a huge supporter to me. He knows it was all new to me and has been right there by my side like a rock!!

GIO     You are in amazing physical shape, what is your diet and exercise routine like? 

Gage  Well to be honest, I really don’t have a certain diet! I pretty much eat what I want, but I do make sure to get lots of protein...in all forms (Big Laugh)!  I was just blessed with a very high metabolism.  I’m also a full time personal trainer outside of COLT, so I have a pretty good idea of what to do to keep my body up! As for my workout routine, I hit the weights about 5 to 6 days a week. I’m not that big a fan of cardio, so maybe once or twice a week on that.

GIO     How old were you when you had your first sexual experience with another man? 

Gage  Well that depends on what you define a sexual experience!  I think the first time I experimented with gay sex I was 13 or 14, but I believe that was just oral.  My first anal sex experience was probably around 15 or 16. 

GIO     Tell me about the 1^st time your brother showed you a porn movie, what did you like or dislike about it? 

Gage  Well like I said earlier, my older brother showed me straight porn when I was a teenager. I was hooked at watching the guys in the movies, staring at there cocks and asses. I don’t even think I paid any attention to the women in it. I guess that’s what I didn’t like about it (Laughs)! I remember one movie where two guys were taking turns on a girl. I kept thinking, damn that would be hot if the guys started fucking each other.  This was before I even knew about gay porn. Now I’m a gay pornaholic! 

GIO     Me too!  At what point did you decide you wanted to pursue a career in porn and how did you get started? 

Gage  I had always watched gay porn, since my attraction to men, and always had a fantasy of doing porn myself!  Luke Garrett and I actually got into it together as a couple.  We both have profiles on bigmuscle.com and we were contacted by Manfred Speer, the talent coordinator for COLT Studio Group.  He wrote us and asked if we would be interested in doing some work with them.  We have both been huge fans of COLT and were very flattered by the offer.  When Manfred wrote us, it was very bad timing for me. I was going through a divorce and just getting out of the Marines so I had to take a raincheck.  A couple months later Manfred asked if we were still interested, we talked it over and here we are!

GIO     How did you and Luke Garrett meet? 

Gage  Luke and I met on bigmuscle.com (Gage Profile), as you can see this site has been a big part of our lives (Laughs)! We both live here in Kansas City and I had seen his profile on bigmuscle.com (Luke Profile) but never had the nerve to send him a message.  We actually worked out at the same gym but had never seen each other there; we worked out at different times.  One day we were at the gym at the same time, I though it was him but wasn’t really sure.  That night I sent him a message asking if he worked out at that gym, I didn’t expect him to answer, I though he was way out of my league.  He wrote back saying it was him and that I should say "hello" next time I saw him. I was still too nervous say anything! He actually hit on me in the gym locker room, and that’s when I told him I was the one who sent him the message. He invited me back to his place for a "massage" and it will be a 3 year massage in April. 

GIO     Massage huh?  I assume that was “massage with release!” (Big Laugh) How was your first experience on the set of Wide Strokes? Were you nervous or scared?

Gage  We were both very excited and very nervous...at first!  After getting on the set, and meeting everyone we both felt much more excitement, than nerves.  John Rutherford was such a sweet heart and made us feel so comfortable and at ease.  For our scene, John told us to do what we would do at home! So we did, but for a lot longer (Laughs)! 

GIO     As a couple, how do you both handle the fact that you will both have sex with other partners for you work? 

Gage  Well that was a big part of the discussion we had on getting into this line of work. We knew that we would be partnered up with other guys than each other.  We both have to look at it as work, cause that’s what it is.  There is no intimacy, or emotional connection other than friendship with our co-stars.  There is also a bit of jealousy, when seeing one another on set shooting. But that’s just because we can’t go join in (Bog Laugh)! 

GIO     One of my favorite things to watch in porn are the behind the scenes bloopers, what is the funniest or most embarrassing thing that has happened to you while shooting? 

Gage  You know I honestly can’t think of anything! We always have a ton of fun on set, and we all get stupid and crazy. But nothing stands out to me!  I’ve only done 4 movies so far, so there is plenty of time for something to happen. 

GIO     At this point you have 4 videos released from COLT, what is next for you at COLT?

Gage  Well, we just finished shooting "Naked Muscle" back in June! It should be out sometime around the holidays. I also have my COLT man Dildo coming out in January.  I’m not real sure about any other upcoming movies or shoots, but I do live cam shows on my website, www.gageweston.com, twice a week. 

GIO     Do you watch yourself in the videos? 

Gage  We get really excited when we get a copy of our latest video.  We do watch our scene, but mainly to critique ourselves. To see if we should have sucked the gut in more, lol! When we saw our first one "Wide Strokes" we didn’t make it through the whole scene before we were all over each other. 

GIO     Out of the films you have done so far, which is your favorite movie and scene? 

Gage  Well my first,” Wide Strokes" with Luke, will always be my favorite. But I must say I think "Naked Muscle" will be my best performance yet.  I really opened up a lot in this one, both ends!! But I did come out of my shell a bit more and got a bit naughtier.

GIO     What does it mean to be a COLT Man to you? 

Gage  To me, being a COLT Man is top notch! It’s not so much "me"; it’s the name and legend of COLT in general. It’s like being called a Marine, in the industry! 

GIO     That is a great analogy and you can say you are both!  What is the best part about being a porn star?  And the worst? 

Gage  I think the best part is being able to meet so many great people, and do so many things.  In the Marine Corps, I’ve done things, and been places most people would never get the chance too.  COLT has given that to me as well. It’s allowed me to fulfill my sexual desires, and tons of sexual fantasies that I’ve had. And share them with tons of other people. 

GIO     Aside from your partner Luke Garrett, if you could pick anyone to co-star with you in your next film, who would it be and why? 

Gage  Well I’ve always had the hots for Jim Slade!  Ever since I saw him in "The Matrixxx" by Blue Blake, I’ve wanted some of him...bad! I would love to do a hot flip fuckin scene with him, on or off cam!!

GIO     What do you consider is your best physical attribute? 

Gage  Damn, I hate talking about myself like this.  I do get a lot of compliments on my shoulders and my ass. So I guess Id have to say that. 

GIO     And you least favorite part of your body? 

Gage  That’s easy! My legs.  I’ve always wanted bigger legs. 

GIO     If I were to ask your two closest friends what your best qualities are, what would they tell me? 

Gage  Hopefully they would say my sense of humor, and my heart! 

GIO     And, if I were to ask them your biggest opportunity for improvement, what would they say? 

Gage  Well I can get stubborn at times, and I do tend to get a jealous streak every now and then.

GIO     You have your own website www.GageWeston.com, what can you fans expect if they join your site? 

Gage  I have a ton of naughty pics, most are amateur shots I’ve taken myself.  I also have home video clips of me playing solo, and some of Luke and I having some fun!  Twice a week I do web cam shows and chat with fans in the chat room. There is also a forum so anyone can post a topic!  

GIO     Congratulations on your website being nominated for a Cybersocket Web Award!  How excited are you to be a finalist? 

Gage  Well thank you Gio!  I’m thrilled to be nominated for anything, especially a Cybersocket award!! I actually didn’t even know I was until a fan told me on my website forum. 

GIO     You have been appearing live all over the USA with your partner and other COLT Men, how do you like doing live shows?

Gage  We love it! We love getting out to other cities and clubs.  At home in Kansas City, we really don’t go out that much. Id love to, but Luke is kinda of a home body, lol! So when ever we get to do a show or an appearance its kinda my chance to get out and let lose. The best part of it all is getting to meet so many new people.

GIO     Are you often recognized in public?  If so, how is that experience for you? 

Gage  Well at my gym in Kansas City, pretty much everyone knows about me working for COLT.  So I guess that doesn’t really count.  I have been recognized a couple of times at airports when I’m traveling. I think it awesome to get recognized; it’s very flattering and puts a huge smile on my face. 

GIO     Aside from porn, what are you passionate about in life? 

Gage  Weight lifting and training!  I am a personal trainer in my "real life" and I love my job very much. Not only do I love building my body, I love when a client of mine reaches there personal goal for there body.  The excitement they have about the way they have changed there body, gives me chills. And it reminds me why I love my job so much! 

GIO     What is a typical day like for you and Luke when you are not performing or shooting?

Gage  Well we are pretty much normal, average guys.  We get up and go to work all day, then hit the gym in the evening.  We both have full time jobs and work M-F, sometimes Saturdays for me. We normally get home around 8 pm, and from there were on the internet, checking our websites and other online profiles. Between or fulltime jobs and our websites, we really don’t have that much free time during the week. Any free time we get we spend together and with our German shepherd pup "Dash".  

GIO     I knew you were a dog couple!  Now I like you even more.  What is the most romantic thing you have done for Luke and what is the most romantic thing he has done for you? 

Gage  I think I've done tons of romantic things for him, lol! You would have to ask him that one.  As for me...He was a huge support system for me at the beginning of our relationship.  I was going through a lot of tough times and I couldn’t have gotten through it all with out him. He showed me a ton of love and was a safe haven for me. 

GIO     If you could be any animal, what would you be and why? 

Gage  I would have to say a Tiger! They are such beautiful exotic animals.  But also so massive and powerful. 

GIO     Boxers or Briefs? 

Gage  Definitely briefs for me, or none! But I could care less on a sexy man; they will be cumming off anyways!

Gage  Think it over very carefully.  It will always be out there, and if you think no one will find out, you’re wrong! 

GIO     What is one thing about you that most people would be surprised to know? 

Gage  I’m terrified of spiders! I had a nightmare about them when I was about 4, and have been scared of them ever since. 

GIO     That is too funny!  I am also terrified of spiders!  Is there anything else that you would like to share with your fans?
