It’s hot. It’s steamy. And it hapens only once a year. It’s the thrill of being amid thousands of women, coming together in one of the most beautiful and exciting locations in the world, South Beach, Miami, Florida, for a weekend of spectacular events.

Aqua Girl 2008 May 14–18 An amazing weekend....A great cause

Something for everyone, held in a variety of locations on Miami Beach, this year’s Aqua Girl line-up includes a night of comedy with national comic, four unique evenings of dance parties; a women’s art exhibit, a dinning event, kayaking excursion, a wet and wild pool party; a delectable women’s jazz brunch, poolside tea dance, a girls rock concert and more. Having so much fun, never did so much good.

Your participation in Aqua Girl contributes to a very good cause. In fact, 100% of the net proceeds from Aqua Girl weekend benefit the Aqua Foundation for Women (formerly known as the Women’s Community Fund). AFW is a not-for-profit-foundation whose primary mission is to promote the equality, strength, health, and visibility of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender women. Monies raised during the Fund’s signature event, Aqua Girl® Week, as well as through individual and group donations go directly to educate, empower and foster the women’s communities.
