Officially called First Coast Pride, this annual event in the northeastern Florida City of Jacksonville is widely regarded as one of the most popular in the South.

First Coast Pride, Inc. provides lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender and GLBT friendly persons with educational programs and activities which enhance mental and physical health, provide social support, and foster an awareness of the past and present contributions of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgender persons. We shall do this through educational programming, community activities and services including but not limited to the annual First Coast Pride Festival Celebration, publication of the monthly newspaper “Out in the CityTM ", and offering HIV/AIDS and breast cancer outreach education and services.
