AIDS WALK DONATIONS HIT $100,000.00.

$150,000 LEFT TO GO, AND THIS THE LAST WEEK BEFORE THE WALK!

With only 4 weeks left, AIDS Walk 2006 is heating up. We have just passed $100,000.00 in personal contributions made through our web site at Http://www.AidsWalkMiami.org.

Companies that have had recent kickoff parties for their teams and will be walking include MTV, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Lines

Now more than ever though, it is VERY important to log on to the web site above and donate, call all your friends or forward this email to them in order for them to give, or sign up to walk and have people donate to you in order to help Care Resource carry out their ongoing mission to deliver HIV/AIDS services locally in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Remember, we are taking on a lot of new clients and a new doctor in Fort Lauderdale due to another agency closing, we need your extra help now.

Tickets to the "An Evening with Rupert Everett" sponsored by the New York Times and Audi, and raffle tickets for the Cruise around Greece and Turkey sponsored by ROmanCE Voyages are all now online ready for purchasing.

All proceeds go to directly to Care Resource keeping the money local in order to provide services to the community through our offices in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Join the thousands already walking 5k from the Miami Beach convention center to the Botanical Gardens on Sunday, April 23.

Opening the ceremonies at the convention center will be The Choir under the direction of Gary Keating.

Then watch as the AIDS WALK banner is unfurled and Rupert Everett along with Channel 7's Craig Stevens step underneath and onto the street to start the walk off to the cheers of the 1000's of people lined up behind them.

At the finish line, the Botanical Gardens, walkers will be welcomed back with music provided by MTV Latin America, a live DJ and Band. Food, Booths, and a whole lot of fun will be awaiting the participants as a way for Care Resources to say thank you to all who participated.
