Battling Love Handles - Five
Oblique Exercises for a Sexy
Core
Exercises like
crunches and leg
raises are essential
to developing killer
abs and a healthy
lower back, but
that’s not all you
need. The obliques
are an important
part of your core
and
require a program of
their own.
“Love handles” are
the term
“affectionately”
used to describe
those problem areas
where fat
accumulates around
the waist and
oblique areas. To
avoid the unwanted
baggage you must, of
course, watch your
nutrition and
perform movements
such as twists,
bends and lunges.

AIDS Help Key West
AIDS Help is one of the best known non-profit charitable organizations in the Florida Keys. There are many reasons for this distinction including the fact that every dollars raised within Key West and Monroe County is used to match other funds from grants and foundations, every dollar of which is spent in Monroe County for people living with HIV/AIDS. No administrative dollars or fees are sent out of county, and nearly every penny of client service dollars is spent with health providers here in the Florida Keys.

A Naughty

Antoinette Talks S&M
For Mistress
Antoinette the world of S&M is not just a fantasy—it’s a
lifestyle. The idea of being a “mistress” or a dominatrix sounds
intriguing, but it
often times brings
with it a negative

fear. Mistress Antoinette, who also runs the

Sublime Sonoma County
Napa County generates a lot of global buzz,
but neighboring Sonoma County is hardly the “Rhoda” of wine
country. Less gimmicky than its celebrated neighbor,
Sonoma County offers a mom-and-pop approach to experiencing wine country,
heavy on the artisanal wineries and light on the pre-packaged
tour buses. In addition to its (literally) intoxicating world of
vineyards, Sonoma County flaunts the landscapes of storybooks -
miles of rugged rock-hewn coastline, towering Redwood Trees, and
picturesque sleepy towns along the Russian River, each one more
charming than the next. More after the Jump,

The southern Capes of the Baja Peninsula or “Los Cabos” have long served as the west coast’s answer to the distant Caribbean and even more remote pacific islands. Since tourism began here in the late seventies, the scramble for the twenty-mile corridor between the towns of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas inevitably littered the dramatic desert landscape with its fair share of gimmicky hotels, however, it also endowed the Cape crossroads with some of the most lavish, show-stopping resorts, aptly fit for their regular Hollywood A-list clientele. CuisinArt, Caneel Bay, and The Buccaneer: Legends of the Caribbean
Long before minimalism, modernism, and multitudes of massive all-inclusive resorts conquered the aquamarine shorelines of the Caribbean, luxury tourism in the region was defined by just an exclusive handful, self-contained complexes of leisure and pleasure.

Bora
Bora: Encompassing a surface area larger than

As French Polynesia’s big-city equivalent, 21st century Tahiti proper has fallen victim to destructive, anthropogenic realities like traffic, crime, and pollution. Yakko-San, Best Late Night
Eats in America
Details Magazine declared that Yakko-San is the "Best Late Night Eats in America". Serving sushi and Japanese delights until 3 am makes this a favorite spot for the late night after hours crowd.
The tempura anything is to die for. The miso is divine. The sushi is
incredibly fresh. The desserts are an adventure. The menu is filled with
tapas like small plates intended for passing and sharing. A good rule of
thumb is for light eaters to each order one plate and heavy eaters two. The
vast majority of plates are around $10, but there are few under $5 and a few
around $15. Location and more info here: Yakko-San
